Deb Killpack Riding Arena // 2014

Needing better lighting and a return on her investment, Deb Killpack hired Third Element’s team of electricians to replace the existing mercury vapor lights with fluorescent bulbs. Her bill dropped dramatically and the barn had a better lighting system to use all year round.

Lehrkind’s CocaCola // 2015/2016

The old 400 watt metal halides in the Coca Cola storage warehouse were dim and created too much heat in a facility that needed to stay cool. 200 watt LED lighting with occupancy sensors were installed saving the company money, creating a safer establishment, and keeping the facility at a lower temperature to ensure quality in their products.

Tire Factory Signage // 2015

Tire Factory’s sign was dull and lacked the power to grab attention from potential customers. New LED lights were installed creating a brighter and more even light, which in turn led to more customers and sales.
